Shipping Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with SISDIX. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and other important shipping information.

Shipping Locations

SISDIX currently ships only within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Orders are dispatched Tuesday through Saturday.

Please note that no orders are dispatched on Sunday or Monday. Orders placed on these days will begin processing on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Major Cities

Estimated delivery: 3–6 Business Days

Small Cities

Estimated delivery: 4–8 Business Days

Remote Areas

Estimated delivery: 7–11 Business Days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders with a total value of PKR 6000 or more.

Standard Shipping

Orders below PKR 5,000 are charged a standard shipping fee of PKR 300.

Weight-Based Charges

The standard shipping fee covers parcels weighing up to 1 kilogram.

For parcels weighing more than 1 kilogram, an additional PKR 100 will be charged for each additional kilogram.

Example:

  • Up to 1 kg: PKR 300

  • Up to 2 kg: PKR 400

  • Up to 3 kg: PKR 500

  • Up to 4 kg: PKR 600

Courier Service

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, SISDIX ships orders using the best available courier service based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the courier service used for your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address is provided, SISDIX is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or any additional shipping charges that may result.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated delivery time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier service delays

  • High order volumes

  • Operational disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

SISDIX appreciates your patience and understanding should any delays occur.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is believed to be lost during transit, SISDIX will first open an investigation with the courier service.

Customers may be required to wait 5–10 business days while the courier completes its investigation.

If the courier officially confirms that the package has been lost during transit, SISDIX will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Once the courier marks an order as "Delivered," responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If a package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, SISDIX cannot be held responsible for the loss.

Shipping Restrictions

Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional delivery time.

In certain cases, SISDIX may be unable to deliver to specific areas due to courier service limitations. If this occurs, our support team will contact you to discuss the available options.
