Are SISDIX perfumes original or inspired?
SISDIX offers carefully crafted premium fragrances designed to provide a luxurious fragrance experience. Each product page contains information about the fragrance profile and scent notes.
How long do SISDIX perfumes last?
Longevity depends on the fragrance, skin type, weather, and application. Most fragrances provide several hours of noticeable scent when applied correctly.
For the best performance, apply perfume to clean skin on pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes.
SISDIX currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Do you offer online payment?
Online payment options may become available in the future.
Currently, all orders are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD).
Where do you ship?
SISDIX currently ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major Cities: 3–6 Business Days
- Small Cities: 4–8 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 7–11 Business Days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
Orders with a total value of PKR 6,000 or more qualify for FREE shipping.
How much is the shipping fee?
Orders below PKR 6,000 are charged a standard shipping fee of PKR 300.
Additional charges may apply for parcels weighing more than 1 kilogram.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available by the courier service.
Can I return or exchange my order?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
